Recall that Bakalović, as the former director of the Pensioners' Home in Tuzla, and Razić Halilović, as the head of the Department for Economic and Financial Affairs, Accounting and Public Procurement, were arrested on December 16 last year, after a fire that engulfed one floor of the institution, Radio Free Europe reports.
As a result, 17 people, or rather, wards, died, and those arrested were ordered to be detained for one month on two occasions. First in December last year, and then in January this year. However, according to the latest decision of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla, they were released.
The Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office suspects them of being accomplices in committing serious crimes against the general safety of people and property in connection with the crime of causing general danger.
