Cilj je ravnopravnija podjela brige o djeci i ja\u010da povezanost o\u010deva sa novoro\u0111en\u010detom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dva mjeseca roditeljskog odsustva koja se ne mogu prenijeti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roditeljsko odsustvo uklju\u010diva\u0107e najmanje dva mjeseca koja jedan roditelj ne mo\u017ee prenijeti na drugog. Time se podsti\u010du o\u010devi da koriste ovo pravo, a majkama se olak\u0161ava povratak na tr\u017ei\u0161te rada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fleksibilnije radno vrijeme i rad van prostorija poslodavca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roditelji i pru\u017eaoci njege ima\u0107e pravo da zatra\u017ee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fleksibilno radno vrijeme,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">smanjenje broja radnih sati,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">rad van prostorija poslodavca (uklju\u010duju\u0107i rad uz upotrebu informacione tehnologije).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rad van prostorija poslodavca bi\u0107e dobrovoljan i zaposleni koji ga ne prihvati ne\u0107e trpjeti nikakve posljedice. Posebno se ure\u0111uje i za\u0161tita tih zaposlenih kroz inspekcijski nadzor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transparentne zarade \u2013 vi\u0161e jasno\u0107e, manje prostora za diskriminaciju<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kandidati za posao ima\u0107e pravo da znaju po\u010detnu zaradu ili raspon zarade prije nego prihvate posao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poslodavac vi\u0161e ne\u0107e mo\u0107i da pita kandidata koliku je platu imao kod prethodnog poslodavca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zaposleni ne\u0107e trpjeti posljedice ako otkriju podatke o svojoj zaradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zaposleni \u0107e imati pravo da tra\u017ee podatke o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">prosje\u010dnoj bruto zaradi u prethodnoj godini i<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">prosjek zarada zaposlenih za rad iste vrijednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako postoji diskriminacija, zaposleni imaju pravo na naknadu materijalne i nematerijalne \u0161tete, a teret dokazivanja bi\u0107e na poslodavcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Razlika u platama izme\u0111u \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca pod lupom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poslodavci sa vi\u0161e od 100 zaposlenih ima\u0107e obavezu da dostavljaju izvje\u0161taje o razlikama u zaradama izme\u0111u \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sastavni dio izvje\u0161taja bi\u0107e i razlike u zaradi na osnovu pola prema kategorijama zaposlenih, razvrstane prema osnovnoj zaradi, uve\u0107anju zarade, odnosno dodatku na zaradu ili varijabilnom dijelu zarade, u skladu sa zakonom, izra\u017eeno u procentima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podatke koje sadr\u017ei izvje\u0161taj potvr\u0111uje nadle\u017eni organ poslodavca, nakon konsultovanja sa sindikatom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako razlika bude ve\u0107a od 5% i ne mo\u017ee se opravdati objektivnim i rodno neutralnim kriterijumima \u2013 mora\u0107e da se preduzmu mjere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nazivi radnih mjesta u oglasima mora\u0107e biti rodno neutralni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jednaka prava \u2013 bez barijera<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uvodi se obaveza poslodavcima da vode posebnu evidenciju o zaposlenim osobama sa invaliditetom i da ih informi\u0161u o zaradi na pristupa\u010dan na\u010din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimalna zarada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uvodi se kupovna mo\u0107 kao dodatni kriterijum za odre\u0111ivanje minimalne zarade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minimalna zarada \u0107e se utvr\u0111ivati za period od dvije godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ja\u010danje socijalnog dijaloga<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zaposleni \u0107e biti informisani i konsultovani o va\u017enim odlukama koje uti\u010du na njih \u2013 reorganizacijama, promjenama broja zaposlenih i drugim zna\u010dajnim organizacionim promjenama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Time se ja\u010da sigurnost zaposlenih i stabilnost radnih odnosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eOvim izmjenama Zakona o radu \u017eelimo da po\u0161aljemo jasnu poruku \u2013 zaposleni u Crnoj Gori mora imati dostojanstvo, sigurnost i pravo na ravnote\u017eu izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota. Ja\u010damo transparentnost, \u0161titimo pravo na jednaku zaradu i stvaramo uslove da porodica i posao vi\u0161e ne budu suprotstavljene strane, ve\u0107 dio iste, zdrave dru\u0161tvene ravnote\u017ee\u201c, ministarka Naida Ni\u0161i\u0107.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na sjednici 19.2.2026. godine, Vlada Crne Gore utvrdila je predlog Zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o radu.
