Prepoznavanje ovih simptoma prvi je korak ka smanjenju napetosti i o\u010duvanju zdravlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postoji nekoliko fizi\u010dkih znakova koji jasno ukazuju na to da organizam stalno radi pod pritiskom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br>Pove\u0107ana potreba za mokrenjem<\/strong><br>U\u010destalo bu\u0111enje no\u0107u kako biste oti\u0161li u toalet mo\u017ee biti znak da tijelo reaguje na stresne situacije, posebno kada se autonomni nervni sistem aktivira previ\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u017dudnja za odre\u0111enom hranom<\/strong><br>Intenzivna \u017eelja za slatkim ili slanim namirnicama \u010desto je reakcija tela na emocionalni i fizi\u010dki stres. Ovaj na\u010din &#8220;samoregulacije&#8221; mo\u017ee biti znak da organizam tra\u017ei brzu energiju ili utjehu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preosetljivost na zvuk i smanjen fokus<\/strong><br>Hroni\u010dni stres mo\u017ee poja\u010dati reakciju na glasne ili iznenadne zvukove i smanjiti sposobnost koncentracije. Mozak tada primarno obra\u0111uje informacije koje percipira kao pretnju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Napetost lica i vilice<\/strong><br>Stisnuta vilica, mr\u0161tenje ili izraz lica koji odaje napetost mogu biti znakovi stalnog fizi\u010dkog stresa. Dugoro\u010dno, to mo\u017ee dovesti do problema poput \u0161krgutanja zubima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Problemi sa snom<\/strong><br>Stres mo\u017ee da remeti san, uzrokuju\u0107i \u010desta bu\u0111enja no\u0107u i ote\u017eano uspavljivanje.
