Nalazi, objavljeni u Journal of Nutrition, isti\u010du za\u0161titne efekte polifenola protiv kardiometaboli\u010dkih poreme\u0107aja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polifenoli suzbijaju rizik od metaboli\u010dkog sindroma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metaboli\u010dki sindrom je skup metaboli\u010dkih neravnote\u017ea i hormonalnih poreme\u0107aja koji zna\u010dajno pove\u0107avaju rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Polifenoli, poznati po svojim antioksidativnim i antiinflamatornim svojstvima, mogu da pomognu u suzbijanju ovih rizika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ovo je dobra vest za ljude koji vole vo\u0107e, \u010dokoladu, kafu i vino, koji su bogati polifenolima. Iako je veza izme\u0111u konzumiranja polifenola i smanjenja rizika od metaboli\u010dkog sindroma ve\u0107 identifikovana u prethodnim studijama, nikada ranije nije verifikovana u tako velikom uzorku i tokom tako dugog perioda. Na\u0161i nalazi u ovoj studiji ne ostavljaju mesta sumnji: promovisanje ishrane bogate polifenolima mo\u017ee biti vredna strategija za smanjenje rizika od kardiometaboli\u010dkih bolesti i prevenciju metaboli\u010dkog sindroma&#8221;, rekla je Isabela Bensenor, koautor \u010dlanka i profesor na Medicinskom fakultetu Univerziteta Sao Paulo-USP u Brazilu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metodologija studija i izvori podataka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od 6.378 analiziranih u\u010desnika, 2.031 je razvilo metaboli\u010dki sindrom. Ovo stanje se dijagnostikuje kada su prisutna najmanje tri od pet faktora rizika:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abdominalna gojaznost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visok krvni pritisak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visok \u0161e\u0107er u krvi (hiperglikemija)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visoki trigliceridi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visok nivo nezdravih lipida (dislipidemija)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Planiramo da sprovedemo dalja istra\u017eivanja o ulozi polifenola u za\u0161titi od kardiometaboli\u010dkih bolesti. Ono \u0161to do sada znamo odnosi se na antiinflamatorna i antioksidativna svojstva ovih jedinjenja, kao i na mogu\u0107i pozitivan uticaj na mikrobiotu creva&#8221;, rekla je Bensenor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unos polifenola u ishranu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U prirodi je identifikovano vi\u0161e od 8.000 polifenola. Najpoznatije i najvi\u0161e prou\u010davane su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fenolne kiseline &#8211; nalaze se u kafi i vinu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flavonoidi &#8211; nalaze se u vo\u0107u, pasulju i \u010dokoladi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lignani &#8211; nalaze se u semenkama i pomorand\u017ei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stilbeni &#8211; nalaze su crvenom gro\u017e\u0111u i crnom vinu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glavni zaklju\u010dak studije je da je konzumacija polifenola iz razli\u010ditih namirnica na najvi\u0161em procenjenom nivou od 469 miligrama (mg) dnevno, smanjila rizik od razvoja metaboli\u010dkog sindroma za 23 odsto u pore\u0111enju sa najni\u017eom potro\u0161njom polifenola &#8211; 177 mg dnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konzumacija fenolnih kiselina (specifi\u010dne klase polifenola obilnih u kafi, crvenom vinu i \u010daju) smanjila je rizik za sli\u010dnu koli\u010dinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Razli\u010ditost hrane je va\u017ena jer je jedno od opravdanja za blagotvorne efekte polifenola na zdravlje njihova sposobnost da moduli\u0161u mikrobiotu creva. Ovaj proces mo\u017ee da stimuli\u0161e rast probioti\u010dkih ili dobrih bakterija. \u0160to je razli\u010ditiji unos ishrane i izvori polifenola kod osobe, to je bolji efekat na njihovu crevnu mikrobiotu, a samim tim i na njihovo ukupno zdravlje&#8221;, rekla je ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.b92.net\/zdravlje\/bolesti\/63151\/u-srbiji-od-srcanih-bolesti-dnevno-umre-130-ljudi-doktor-posebno-upozorava-na-jednu-fatalnu-naviku-video\/vest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U Srbiji od sr\u010danih bolesti dnevno umre 130 ljudi: Doktor posebno upozorava na jednu fatalnu naviku VIDEO<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.b92.net\/zdravlje\/aktuelno\/62824\/kardiovaskularne-bolesti-su-svetski-ubica-broj-jedan-evo-kako-da-zastitite-srce-video\/vest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kardiovaskularne bolesti su svetski ubica broj jedan: Evo kako da za\u0161titite srce VIDEO<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.b92.net\/zdravlje\/prevencija\/54828\/devet-faktora-koji-povecavaju-rizik-od-razvoja-bolesti-srca-obratite-paznju-na-njih\/vest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Devet faktora koji pove\u0107avaju rizik od razvoja bolesti srca: Obratite pa\u017enju na njih<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analiza je pokazala i da je pove\u0107ana potro\u0161nja flavan-3-ola, podgrupe flavonoida, bila povezana sa 20 odsto manjim rizikom od razvoja metaboli\u010dkog sindroma. Crno vino je bilo glavni izvor flavan-3-ola za ispitivani uzorak, \u010dine\u0107i 80 odsto ukupnog unosa ovog jedinjenja. \u010cokolada je tako\u0111e bila zna\u010dajan izvor, sa 10 odsto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uticaj polifenola na druge kardiometaboli\u010dke poreme\u0107aje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eiva\u010di su prou\u010davali i uticaj polifenola na druge kardiometaboli\u010dke poreme\u0107aje povezane sa metaboli\u010dkim sindromom, kao \u0161to su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hipertenzija<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insulinska rezistencija<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>povi\u0161eni trigliceridi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Rezultati su pokazali da su efekti polifenola na metabolizam i sr\u010dana oboljenja daleko od zanemarljive.
