“Optužnicom se okrivljenom stavlja na teret da je u periodu od decembra 2024.godine pa do 15. marta 2025.godine, silom, zloupotrebom teških prilika, vrbovao oštećenu vanbračnu suprugu H.M., te je prevozio i predavao drugim licima u cilju prostitucije, na način što je upotrebom fizičke sile, vršeći nasilje prema oštećenoj, pritom koristeći činjenicu da je bila u lošim odnosima sa porodicom, istu u više navrata predavao većem broju muških osoba u cilju prostitucije, za koje usluge je okrivljeni dobijeni novac zadržavao za sebe”, naveli su iz Tužilaštva.
Više državno tužilaštvo u Podgorici, podiglo je optužnicu protiv H.A. zbog krivičnog djela trgovina ljudima, a optužnica je dostavljena Višem sudu u Podgorici na postupanje, stoji u saopštenju.
