Izvršenom dodatnom provjerom lica posredstvom NCB Interpol-a Podgorica utvrđeno je da se ovo lice potražuje od strane NCB Interpol-a Moskva radi obezbeđenja njegovog prisustva u krivičnom postupku koji se vodi protiv njega zbog sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo pokušaj trgovine drogom Krivičnog zakonika Rusije, za koje je propisana zatvorska kazna u trajanju do 20 godina, navode iz Uprave policije.
”Navedeno lice će, nakon sprovedenih policijsko-tužilačkih radnji u vezi krivičnog djela koje je počinio na teritoriji opštine Budva, biti sprovedeno sudiji za istragu Višeg suda u Podgorici u cilju određivanja ekstradicionog pritvora”, zaključuju iz Uprave policije.
Sinoć su službenici Regionalnog centra bezbjednosti “Jug”, Odjeljenja bezbjednosti Budva oko 01.15 časova lišili slobode A.S. (39), državljanin Ruske Federacije, zbog sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo nasilničko ponašanje, saopšteno je iz Uprave policije.
